We offer a variety of Pickleball ball machines, accessories and training aids to help players of all levels improve their game and get better!

We hand-pick the best items based on our own personal experience and all our products come from trusted brands such as Slinger, Titan, Lobster, Franklin, Gamma and Tourna to name a few.

Our goal is to provide reliable and high-performance equipment that will make training easier and take your game to the next level.

Renting ball machines and related accessories with us is a straightforward process designed to be as convenient as possible. You can browse our inventory online and select the items that best fit your requirements, and checkout.

To place a rental order, simply fill out our online form or contact our customer service team directly. We will then discuss the specifics of your needs, including rental duration and any additional support services you might require.

A valid Photo ID is required for all rentals. We offer flexible rental terms, from a minimum of 2 hours to 8 hours. (If you need to rent for longer durations please email us).

Yes, we do provide some support during the rental period, but is limited to addressing any questions about the functionality of the product, or troubleshooting any issues that arise with
the hardware.

We ensure that all equipment is tested and verified to be working before pickup or delivery.

In the event of any hardware failure, please contact us ASAP during the
rental period, so we can determine how best to help you.

Please call us or message us immediately if you want to extend your rental items beyond the rental period! If we do not have any subsequent reservations
following your rental period, we can extend the items up until the next reservation.

Rentals can be extended in increments of 1 hour, upto the maximum daily limit (but if you know you'll need it for a longer duration, it will be cheaper to book for the longer duration upfront!)

All rented items can be returned before the rental period ends, but please note that we are unable to issue any pro-rated refunds in this case.

Rental returns have a grace period of 15 minutes to account for any unexpected delays, but any returns after that will incur a Delayed Return Fee of $25.

We are currently providing all rental items from our Ashburn location (check invoice for address).

Please note that all items must be picked up and returned to the same address.

We can also deliver all rented items within a 20 mile radius of our primary location (Ashburn), for an additional charge of $30. This is especially convenient if for e.g. you have a small vehicle or would like the items at a certain court facility before playing. If we are unable to deliver, we'll call and let you know to give you the option to pick-up or cancel your reservation. 

Please note that delivery and pickup must be at the same address.

Our cancellation policy is simple - Same Day Cancellations are Not Allowed, and Cancellations must be done 48 Hours in Advance for a Full Refund.

We also have a No Show / No Refund policy. By reserving and not showing up it creates a possible loss from other players who may have reserved for that time and were denied. We do make exceptions for reasonable circumstances and will offer a credit to be kept on file and by your name.

We expect our customers to use the rented items responsibly like its their own and try to avoid any damages to it.

But we understand, accidental damages can occur during outdoor activities. For minor damages, we typically do not charge any additional fees. However, significant damages or loss of gear may result in repair or replacement costs.

All Pickleball Ball Machines rentals require a refundable security deposit.

These costs will be communicated to you based on the extent of the damage and the specific situation.
